Incentives for Antimicrobial Development

Thanks to World AMR Congress for assembling a great panel on the future of antimicrobial incentives.

The Hub’s Suzanne Edwards provided insight into how we can strengthen antimicrobial development — highlighting the challenges & opportunities!

“Implementing pull incentives nationally requires ‘Policy Innovation’, something that is not typical within health systems. Countries exploring and progressing national pull incentives should be applauded”.

It was also great to hear emerging details on Canada’s (Hub’s Board Member & Vice Chair) forthcoming antibiotic access pilot from Jacqueline Arthur & to sense the excitement amongst the community ahead of the forthcoming United Nations High-Level Meeting on AMR on 26th September
