Dr Frank Tu
Programme Officer (Communications & Policy)
Frank Tu has a background in international politics and public policy. He completed his PhD at Freie Universität Berlin, where his research focused on multilevel governance and the interaction between different levels of government in public policy implementation.
He holds a BA in Global Studies and Politics from Doshisha University in Japan, and an MA in Political Science from Central European University in Hungary and Austria.
Since 2024, he has been a Programme Officer at the Global AMR R&D Hub, where he supports communications and policy research activities. His current work at the Hub has broadened his interests to include global health governance, international cooperation, and the governance of antimicrobial resistance.
