Duygu Celik is the Finance & Procurement Manager at the Global AMR R&D Hub, where she is responsible for financial administration, budget management, and procurement processes for the Secretariat. Her responsibilities include financial planning and reporting, budget monitoring, grant and funding compliance, the administration of public funds, and the processing of travel reimbursements for external participants in accordance with the German Federal Travel Expenses Act. She also coordinates procurement activities and tender procedures in line with public procurement regulations, supporting the efficient, transparent, and compliant use of resources.

Holding a degree in Business Administration, Duygu brings several years of professional experience in third-party funded projects, financial management, and public-sector administration. With expertise in grant management, procurement, and operational processes, she supports the administrative and operational implementation of the Global AMR R&D Hub Secretariat’s activities.
